A central and proactive player in the Greek hospitality scene, George began his bar career in 2013 when he opened Spoiled Cocktail Bar in Daphne, Athens. Since then, both George and the venue have earned numerous awards. Driven by a continuous quest for growth, he established a modern, fully equipped mixology lab near Spoiled, allowing his team to experiment and innovate. Over the years, George’s deep passion for Mexico and the world of agave led him to open Barro Negro Athens—the city’s first tequila and cocktail bar located in the heart of the capital.
