Yuntaku

Yuntaku is the world’s first Japanese Amaro – merging the Japanese taste and the Italian tradition. Its recipe is inspired by the culture of taste of the Okinawa island - best known as Japan’s paradise - and executed following the ancient Italian tradition of the typical digestive amaro. In Okinawan dialect, “YUNTAKU” means “chatting”, and it’s actually a word that in the past, at the end of a meal, izakayas’ guests used to scream at once to kick off the alcoholic drinking.
