The Shaman: Born in Turin, he moved to Rome after discovering Flair bartending during his travels, competing internationally in the early 2000s. In 2009, he co-founded the Jerry Thomas Project, and in 2016, with Cristian Bugiada, he opened La Punta Expendio de Agave, a key destination for Mexican spirit enthusiasts. In 2018, he was named World Ambassador of Mezcal by the CRM, and in 2023, he produced an on-the-road documentary about Mexico named “La Punta Documental". Together with Cristian Bugiada and Claudio Sblano, he launched Agavesito, the first agave syrup for mixing. He is also a founding member of the Roma Bar Show, now one of the most significant events in the bar industry.
