Jared Brown, MA, co-founder and master distiller of Sipsmith Limited, is a multi-award-winning drink historian with a few dozen books and hundreds of articles about drinks, spirits, and how to make them. His wife and co-author Anistatia Miller, MA, MSc (Ox) is the director of Mixellany Limited. A multi-award winning drink historian, whom after 35 years in the publishing industry, she is finishing her PhD in History from the University of Bristol on the economic and social history of brewing in Tudor and Stuart Bristol. Together they received the prestigious Helen David Lifetime Achievement in 2021.
