First contact with Hospitality at the age of seventeen. A graduate of the Business Planning department at the University of Patras, alongside his studies bartending invaded his life, starting at Notos jazz bar in Patras. A season is coming on the island of Ios and the studies at the seminars of the Bar Academy in Athens. Return to Athens and internship at the network management of the national bank and bartender at one of the best bars in Athens, the Old Dog. Participating in cocktail competitions and awards culminating in the world final in Paris of MONIN and the final ten worldwide. Proposal from Scorpios Mykonos where he held a three-year partnership with continuous development and promotion from head bartender to cocktail list and bar manager position. In the winter mid-season there was a collaboration through Scorpios at Soho House in Berlin, a global private members club. Closing the Mykonos chapter with a successful partnership at Jackie O. Arriving in Athens again, now from a different perspective, starting a cocktail bar, in the center of Athens which lasted almost two years. The title of the first Flor de Caña Rum brand ambassador in Greece has been a part of his life for the last two years, which he is continuously spreading the Flor De Caña history, values, knowledge and flavour from tropical Nicaragua. The latest distinction was the title of the bartender in Greece from the Flag Awards Ceremony. Today, he continues with nationwide masterclasses, staff training in the field of hospitality, cocktail menu consultings and spreading the philosophy of sustainability in the Ho.Re.Ca industry and everyday life.
