Stelios has been working in the bar industry since 2000. In 2009 he started in different bars as a bar manager, having attended many seminars throughout Europe. Since 2017, he has been working at Dinamiki SA as spirit manager. Alongside his work, he continues to organize seminars on safe driving and responsible consumption. His speeches have been given to catering professionals, at exhibitions and at schools of tourism professions.
