Having grown up in the tourist mecca of Byron Bay on East Coast of Australia Rob quickly developed a love for the hospitality industry. Over 20 years of Bartending in cocktail bars & whiskey bars across the globe from Australia, to Canada, England to Ireland Rob now proudly calls Dublin home. Rob has opened and ran some of Ireland’s best cocktail bars and quickly discovered a love for Irish Whiskey in particular. Rob has worked with in partnership with the Teeling Whiskey Company since their inception in 2012, bartending VIP events, including the opening of the Distillery, since that time. When finally given the opportunity to apply for the role of Global Brand Ambassador, Robert firmly grasped the opportunity with both hands and never looked back. Rob has represented Teeling since February 2018, even winning World’s Best Irish Whiskey Ambassador as an Icon of Whiskey at the World Whisky Awards and continues promote the revival of the entire Irish Whiskey category around the globe with tremendous enthusiasm and a whiskey in each hand.
