Oisin Kelly has been in the Hospitality industry for almost 15 years. Starting in traditional pubs while studying Bar management at college, he has gone on to work in Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs and now Luxury Hotels. As a Bartender he received many accolades and has successfully represented Ireland at a National and Global level. For the past number of years he has managed The Sidecar Bar at the Iconic Westbury Hotel, in Dublin. While at the Westbury Hotel he has overseen and personally developed three consecutive high concept cocktail menus. Just recently he received an award for Bar Manager of the Year and is currently nominated for Young Manager of the Year by the Irish Hospitality Institute.
