Angelos Bafas is the Group Head of Bars at the Creative Restaurant Group, where he curates the beverage programme across various destinations, including NIJŪ and Kioku by Endo. Hailing from Greece, Angelos began his hospitality career at a young age, mastering mixology through experience and research. His accolades include being recognised among the World’s Top 5 Bartenders in the Elit Art of Martini competitions. Known as Mr. UnGarnished, he focuses on unique ingredients and craftsmanship while promoting seasonal and locally sourced menus that minimise waste.
