Steph DiCamillo has been in the hospitality industry for as long as she can remember. Starting out in a family restaurant she has done everything from bus tables to baking, bartending to hotel sales and event planning. She got her start in the cocktail world at American Whiskey in New York, NY. From there she moved to London working with brands including Whistlepig Rye and Belsazar Vermouth, while also bartending at industry hot spots. She most recently founded the British Bartenders' Association to ensure high level of education is available and accessible to everyone in the industry. When she is not talking about gin, you can find her out hiking or drinking sherry in Jerez.
