Dionisis has studied Science at the University of Patras. In 2012 he excelled at the second phase of WSPC competition. Since 2014 he holds the sommelier title. He has represented Greece in numerous competitions and exhibitions (2011, first Greek mission in New Orleans and the tails of Cocktails, 2012 Cuva). He has traveled around the world to learn about distillates. You can meet him at Ipitou Street bar, where he works at the moment as well as Finca Vigia. In the past, he has also worked as a bartender at the bars Zanzibar, Santa Botella, El Rey ALOBAR και hUge. Today Dionisis Polatos is the brand ambassador of M Dry Mastiha, the first dry spirit that comes from mastiha distillation.
