He has run Restaurant and several Bars. 10 years ago he became international know with his Classic Bar Le Lion • Bar de Paris and his drink, the GIN BASIL SMASH. He created a Highball concept behind his second Bar THE BOILERMAN BAR. His newest companie HIGHBALLER.NET is cooperating with 25hours Hotel Group. They open till 2019 Highballs Bars in Hamburg, Zurich, Munich, Cologne, Duesseldorf, Paris, Dubai and Florenz.
